Just over 2 years ago we founded Free Coin, it was a cashback site that aimed to be better than its competitors by being unique, offering excellent service, having staff that were always available to help resolve any problems that may arise. We formed it so that we’d have all the best offers and pay great cashback rates and, for a long time, we did that well. However, over the past few months we’ve been working on lots of projects, aimed at making the site bigger and better. But unfortunately it took us much longer to implement than we’d hoped, and we were spending a lot of time and effort trying to get everything right.
This came at the expense of the awesome service that we feel our members deserve, we feel we simply weren’t doing things as well as we could because of these extra time constraints, and for that we’d like to say sorry. So today, we’re proud to announce our ‘back to roots’ strategy, where we will attempt switch out focus away from the new projects and start doing what we do best again: running a cashback site that aims to be there for its members.
So we’ve already closed Free Coin Australia, and we’re going back to using our old domain name freecoin.co.uk rather that the international freeco.in domain. We’ve removed categories from the site that were not used by the majority of our members and we aim to now focus on the free cashback, daily cashback and other no purchase cashback offers. We’re currently in the process of getting some new daily clicks to add to the site and these should be live by next week, we also hope to acquire lots of new retailers over the coming weeks.
The ‘back to roots’ strategy will also see the return of the infamous Free Coin Newsletter, with our tongue in cheek humour and great offers, straight to your inbox. These will start to go out again within the coming weeks. The sign up process has also been changed to reduce the amount of information that we require from our members, to make the sign up process simpler and quicker. We’ve also got some tweaks to the layout planned which will help declutter the site and make important information easier to access and we hope that this will help new and old members alike.
Overall, we hope mostly that Free Coin can begin to offer the awesome service we feel our loyal members deserve, boost the earning capabilities from increased free cashback offers and just make the site a much more enjoyable place to be! We’d like to thank our members who’ve supported us over the past 2 years and we hope there will be many more to come.
